Quick Navigation

1. Character Overview

Aemeath is a 5-star Fusion Sword Main DPS who deals massive Resonance Liberation damage. Her unique dual-mode system (Tune Rupture / Fusion Burst) adapts to different team compositions.

Why Build Aemeath?

Role in Team

Primary on-field DPS. Aemeath fills Synchronization and Resonance Rates, then unleashes massive Liberation burst.

2. Best Build

Weapons

BEST IN SLOT

Everbright Polestar

5-Star | ATK% Substat

Signature weapon. Grants 12% Fusion DMG Bonus. Casting Intro Skill gives Polestar Marking (+24% Resonance Liberation DMG for 12s). Casting Resonance Skill gives Ethereal Endowment (+24% Resonance Liberation DMG for 12s). Perfectly synergizes with her kit.
ALT 5-Star

Emerald of Genesis

5-Star | ATK% Substat

Strong alternative 5-star weapon. Increases ATK by 12% and Liberation DMG by 24% (stacks 2x) after Intro/Liberation. Good ATK stick if you need more ATK.
ALT 5-Star

Blazing Brilliance

5-Star | Crit DMG Substat

Increases Energy Regen by 12.8%. After Resonance Skill, Liberation DMG +7% (stacks 3x, 12s). Good for faster Liberation uptime. Obtainable free at Union Level 45.
F2P

Feather Edge

4-Star | ATK% Substat

Best craftable 4-star option. Provides consistent ATK% and good base stats. Easy to obtain and refine for free-to-play players.

Echoes (Sonata Effects)

Best Set: 5-piece Trailblazing Star (increases Fusion DMG)

Alternative: 2-piece Trailblazing Star + 2-piece Lingering Tunes (if substats are better)

Substats Priority

Crit Rate% > Crit DMG% > ATK% > Resonance Liberation DMG% > Energy Regen%

Aim for 70-80% Crit Rate before stacking Crit DMG. Molten Rift (main echo) provides buffs after summoning, so prioritize using it before her burst combo.

3. Skill Analysis

Normal Attack: Synchronization Strike Priority: Medium

Performs up to 4 consecutive Fusion DMG attacks. The 4th attack deals increased damage. During Tune Rupture State (after Intro Skill or complete Basic Attack chain), her attacks are enhanced and count as Resonance Liberation DMG.

Use this to build up to her enhanced state. The 4-hit combo is important for transitioning into her burst window.

Resonance Skill: Fusion Burst Priority: High

Dash forward dealing Fusion DMG. Available during Synchronization Strike state. Enhanced version after completing Enhanced Basic Attack chain. Consumes Synchronization stacks for bonus damage. After use, grants Unison effect, allowing her to trigger Outro Skill without Concerto Energy.

This is her core damage source. The Unison effect enables incredibly quick team rotations - use this, then immediately swap to your next character.

Resonance Liberation: Purge of Flames Priority: HIGHEST

Invokes the power of Fusion to deal massive AoE Fusion DMG. This is her burst ability, best used when all buffs are active and she has high Synchronization.

Use this during her main burst window, ideally after building up Synchronization and with Molten Rift echo buff active.

Forte Circuit: Synchronization System Priority: High

Aemeath gains Synchronization when party members deal Attribute Damage or Coordinated Attacks (1 stack per second, max 40). She can consume Synchronization to enhance her attacks. At 40 Synchronization, teammates gain Eras in Unity, enhancing their attacks.

The more different attributes in your team, the faster she builds Synchronization. This is why she works well with diverse teams.

Intro Skill: Fusion's Halo Priority: Medium

Deals Fusion DMG when switching into Aemeath. Triggers her Tune Rupture State, enabling her enhanced attack combo.

Always try to switch to Aemeath with Intro Skill active to start her enhanced combo immediately.

Skill Level Priority

Basic Attack > Resonance Skill > Resonance Liberation > Forte Circuit > Intro Skill

4. Team Compositions

Aemeath's Forte Circuit benefits from having multiple different attributes in the team. The more diverse your team, the faster she builds stacks.

Best-in-Slot Team

Aemeath (DPS) Denia (Sub-DPS) Mornye (Support)

Denia provides sub-DPS and buffs. Mornye offers healing and support. This team covers 3 attributes (Fusion/Sub-DPS/Support) for fast Synchronization generation.

High Damage Alternative

Aemeath (DPS) Lynae (Sub-DPS) Verina (Heal)

Lynae provides Tune Rupture synergy. Verina heals and provides buffs. Strong damage output with good survivability.

F2P Friendly Team

Aemeath (DPS) Chixia (Sub-DPS) Baizhi (Heal)

Chixia at RC6 provides healing and good damage. Baizhi is a free 4-star healer available to all players. Budget but effective for all content.

Rotation Tips

  1. Start with Support skills (apply buffs/debuffs with Sub-DPS and Support)
  2. Switch to Aemeath using Intro Skill to enter enhanced state
  3. Complete Enhanced Basic Attack chain (4 hits)
  4. Use Resonance Skill
  5. Complete another Basic Attack chain
  6. Use Enhanced Resonance Skill (consumes stacks)
  7. Use Resonance Liberation if available
  8. With Unison active, switch to next character immediately
  9. Repeat when Concerto Energy is ready

5. Resonance Chain (Sequence Nodes)

S1
Abyssal Ascension: When casting Basic Attack or Fusion Burst, gain 1 stack of Herald of Revival (max 4, lasts 6s). When casting Purge of Flames, consume all stacks - each stack increases its DMG by 20% (up to +80% total).
S2
Chronofrost Repose: Recovers 40 Synchronization after being out of combat for 4+ seconds. Triggers once every 4 seconds. Excellent for quick-swap playstyle.
S3
Celestial Incarnate: Gain 12 Synchronization and 1 stack of Immortal's Descendancy after Intro Skill. Each stack increases ATK by 25% (max 2 stacks, lasts 20s).
S4
Benevolent Grace: When casting Liberation or Purge of Flames, all nearby teammates gain +20% Attribute DMG Bonus for 20s. Team-wide buff.
S5
Frostfire Illumination: Liberation (Purge of Flames) DMG Multiplier increased by 120%. Massive burst damage spike.
S6
Thawing Triumph: Purge of Flames DMG Multiplier increased by 45%. Synchronization consumption bonus increased by 71%. Maximum power spike.

Worth Pulling?

S1 is the sweet spot for most players (+80% skill damage is huge). S2 is excellent for quick-swap teams. S4 makes her a team buffer. S6 is whale territory but transforms her into the highest DPS in the game.

7. Frequently Asked Questions

Is Aemeath worth building without her signature weapon?
Yes. Aemeath performs well even without Everbright Polestar. The 4-star craftable 'Feather Edge' provides about 75-80% of her signature weapon's damage, which is still enough to clear all endgame content.
What is the minimum Resonance Chain needed?
S0 is completely viable. S1 provides a massive damage boost to her Liberation. S2 improves her Synchronization generation. S4 is excellent for sustained damage. S6 is whale territory but provides the highest DPS ceiling.
Should I prioritize Crit Rate or Crit DMG?
Aim for a 1:2 ratio with Crit Rate around 70-80%. It's better to have consistent crits than occasional huge numbers. If using Everbright Polestar (ATK% substat), you can focus more on Crit Rate in your echoes.
How does Aemeath compare to other Fusion DPS?
Aemeath is unique because of her dual-mode system and massive Liberation damage. She has higher burst potential than other Fusion DPS but requires more careful rotation management.
What team composition is best for F2P players?
Aemeath + Chixia + Baizhi is the best F2P team. All supporting characters are free or farmable, and it covers all content comfortably.
