Lucy is a 5-Star Spectro Pistol DPS and the Magistrate of Jinzhou. Her kit revolves around the Incandescence mechanic - she gathers energy from teammates' Attribute Damage and Coordinated Attacks, then consumes it to unleash powerful enhanced skills. She is one of the most flexible main DPS characters in the game, capable of fitting into almost any team composition.

Shorekeeper provides healing, buffs, and Spectro resonance. Rebecca applies Hack - Shifting and off-field damage. Lucy enters Algorithm Compaction for massive burst.

Rebecca provides Havoc sub-DPS and DEF shred. Verina heals and buffs ATK. Quick-swap between Lucy and Rebecca for Hack synergy.
F2P Spectro
Lucy (DPS) + Spectro Rover (Sub-DPS) + Baizhi (Support)
Spectro Rover provides Spectro resonance and sub-DPS. Baizhi is the free healer. Budget but effective for all content.

Optimal Rotation
- Start with Shorekeeper: Cast Resonance Skill to apply buffs, build Concerto Energy.
- Swap to Rebecca: Apply Hack - Shifting, cast Skill for debuffs.
- Swap to Lucy (Intro): Gains TCP, cast Payload for initial Hack.
- Build TCP: Normal Attack combo + Pulse Interference until 100 TCP.
- Cast Deadlock: Enter Algorithm Compaction, gain SQL stack.
- Build Root Access: Thread Shredding + Single Threading until 100.
- Cast Dual Threading → Multi-threading: Consume SQL for +270% DMG, inflict Hack - Shifting.
- Cast Old Net Deep Dive: Empowered Liberation with all Spoofing Programs active.

Starting RAM increased to 32. Pulse Interference deals additional 450% ATK Spectro DMG. SQL DMG bonus increased from 270% to 560%.
S3 - Cyberpunk
Override DMG Multiplier +50%, Crit DMG +100%. Hack Response - Data Crash DMG +65%.
S4 - No Living Legends in Night City
After casting Liberation, gain +30% ATK for 20s. When HP is below 50%, gain 15% DMG Reduction.
S5 - Netrunner's Legacy
Resonance Liberation level +3. Spoofing Program - Cyberpsychosis affects Elite enemies.
S6 - Dream of the Moon
After Old Net Deep Dive, enter Transcendent State for 10s: +50% Spectro DMG, attacks generate double TCP/Root Access.
Worth Pulling? S1 is the sweet spot for most players. S2 is excellent for quick-swap teams. S4 makes her a team buffer. S6 is whale territory but provides the highest damage ceiling. S0 Lucy is already S tier.
